Yes! Local pickup is available at Ghostline Kitchen, 3400 Comsouth Dr, Austin, TX 78744 with 2–4 business days’ notice. Pickup hours are Monday–Thursday, 10–11 AM, and confirmation of your pickup day and time is required.
When you arrive, please call or text (512) 222-7054 and we’ll meet you at the front door or patio area (the door remains locked).
Each order (shipping destination) over $50 will qualify for free ground shipping will ship via USPS Priority or Advantage, UPS or FedEx ground. Carrier selection will be based on time travel and carrier performance to the end destination.

Orders ship out within 2 business days. Delivery times typically take 1-3 days depending on your destination. We ship UPS & FedEx Ground, UPS overnight and USPS Priority.

How to Send Cakes to Multiple Addresses (Step-by-Step)
Add all your cakes to the cart
• Choose any sizes and flavors you want.
• Load up your cart with everything you plan to send.
Select “Ship to multiple addresses” in the cart
• On the cart page, look for the checkbox: “Ship to multiple addresses.”
• Click it to activate the Gist multi-address feature.
Assign each cake to a different address
• A new screen will appear.
• For each item, choose “Add Address” and enter the recipient’s information.
• Then assign each cake to the right address.
Customize each shipment
• Add a gift message for every individual recipient.
• Adjust quantities or swap flavors per address if needed.
Review shipping
• Each shipment is treated as its own order.
• Any shipment over $50 qualifies for free shipping, even in a multi-address checkout.
Complete checkout
• Once all addresses and messages are assigned, hit Continue to Checkout to finish.
• You’ll receive one confirmation email but each address will ship separately.

Yes. We highly recommend freezing your cake if you don't plan to eat the cake within 3 days of receipt.
Simply freeze the cake in the original sealed or airtight packaging for up to 12 months.
Our cakes have a 21-day shelf life at room temperature. If you won’t be enjoying your cake within 3 days of receiving it, we recommend freezing it for up to 12 months to maintain freshness.
Our cakes ship frozen, and to retain moisture, we suggest keeping them in an airtight container. Do not store cakes in the refrigerator, as this may dry them out.

Our cakes are chock full of pecans, so they tend to be more filling than your typical dessert cake.
