Are your cakes gluten-free or dairy-free?
No. Our cakes contain wheat (gluten) and eggs, and the Toffee and Chocolate Chip flavors contain dairy and soy.
Do your cakes contain fruit?
Absolutely not. We don't use any fruit — no raisins, cherries, or mystery cubes here.
What flavors do you offer?
Year-round flavors: Chopped Pecan, Pecan Halves, Butter Toffee, and Chocolate Chip. Seasonal flavors include Pumpkin, Gingerbread, and Cornbread Pecan Cakes.
How many people does each cake serve?
Small cakes serve 1-2 people, medium cakes serve 4-6 people, and large cakes serve 8-10 people.
Do your cakes need to be refrigerated?
No. Cakes are shelf stable for up to 30 days at room temperature and can be frozen for up to 365 days in sealed packaging. Do not store cakes in the refrigerator — it may dry them out.
Are your products locally sourced?
Yes! If it can be made, grown, or produced in Texas — and meets our quality standards — we use it. Pecans, eggs, oils, sugar, flour, containers, and boxes are all sourced from Texas. Our Pecans are from the San Saba pecan region.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes! We ship anywhere in the U.S. via UPS, FedEx, and USPS Priority. Orders ship within 2 business days and typically arrive in 1-3 days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — each Texas Pecan Cake order over $50 qualifies for free ground shipping via USPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx Ground.
Can I select a delivery date?
Yes! In the shopping cart, look for the 'Delivery Date' section and select your preferred date from the calendar.
Is local pickup available?
Yes! Local pickup is available at Ghostline Kitchen, 3400 Comsouth Dr, Austin, TX 78744 with 2-4 business days' notice. Pickup hours are Monday-Friday, 8-10 AM.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes! Select 'Ship To Multiple Addresses' in your shopping cart. You can add a personalized gift note for each address.

What ingredients are in your cakes?
Core ingredients: Texas pecans and pecan meal from the San Saba region, dark brown sugar, pasteurized eggs, pure Grade A maple syrup, unbleached unbromated flour, and pure Mexican vanilla. Our cakes do NOT contain shortening, high-fructose corn syrup, or preservatives.

Pecan pie uses a sweet filling of eggs, sugar, and high-fructose corn syrup baked in a pie crust. A Texas pecan cake incorporates pecans throughout the batter as the primary ingredient.
