Every cake we sell is baked at Ghostline Kitchen in South Austin (78744). Not a factory in another state with a Texas label slapped on the box. Actually here, in Austin.
We bake in small batches, which means we control quality on every run. Our ingredients come from Texas whenever we can source them that way:
- Pecans from Texas growers, including San Saba, the pecan capital of the world
- Eggs and flour sourced in state
- Brown sugar from Imperial Sugar in Sugarland, Texas
- Shipping boxes manufactured in Texas
That last one surprises people. We went looking for a Texas box maker because it felt wrong to put a Texas cake in a box from anywhere else.

To schedule a pickup, call or text us at (512) 222-7054. We'll confirm your day and have the cake ready when you arrive. This is a working commercial kitchen, so the pickup window is tight, but it's the freshest way to get a cake if you're local.
Ships nationwide
Most Austin bakeries are Austin-only. We built our business around shipping, so ordering from Ohio works exactly as well as ordering from 78704.
Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 2 to 5 days depending on where you are. Our cakes have a shelf life of several months unopened, so they travel well and they hold up as gifts. No refrigeration required, no rushing to the door before it melts.
That shelf life is why our cakes work for corporate gifting, holiday shipping, and care packages. You can order in November and the cake is still perfect in January.
